Lymphatic Body Massage
Properly working lymph nodes, allowing the proper flow of lymphatic liquid, from the basis of our immune system. Every lymph node is a purification treatment center detoxifying the lymph fluids as they move through.

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle rhythmic massage technique designed specifically to accelerate the normal functioning of the lymphatic system. It aids the body in ridding itself of toxins, helps decrease pain, and cleanses the tissues of inflammation, edemas, sinusitis, acne, migraines and more. It is considered beneficial for conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and neuromuscular disorders.

Lymphatic drainage is inappropriate when there is active infection with fever, untreated cancer, thrombosis or congestive heart failure.

It’s a wonderful stress reducer and immune support, while helping the body detoxify.

1 hour: $75

Sports Massage

Pre event massage is a short, specific treatment given immediately before (30 minutes- 24 hours before) a sports event. The goal of massage is to increase your circulation, flexibility and mental clarity to improve your performance.

A pre-event sports massage does not replace your warm up, but complements it.
½ Hour: $30

Post event treatments are done immediately after an event, usually within 1-2 hours. The goal of the session is to flush the tissue of the lactic acid and other by products of metabolism. The intent is to cool down the body and return it to homeostasis. Muscle tension, cramping, and inflammation are also addressed. Remember anyone competing in an event usually gives it their all in terms of effort and are left extremely fatigued. Massage can reduce the recovery time of such an effort.

 ½ Hour: $30
