If you can walk...you can snowshoe! Snowshoeing is the cold weather version of summer hiking. What’s great about this sport is that it’s a low impact aerobic activity that works all your major muscle groups and burns more than 600 calories an hour? 45% more than you’d burn walking or running at the same pace. We are planning four trips: January 9th & 23rd and February 6th & 20th. These trips are open to members and non-members; it’s also a great outing for the family! Brochures will be available at the Service Desk, Dean’s Athletic and the Chamber of Commerce. Come join the fun!! |
