Our Commitment To You ~ Our Members are the most important people in our club ~ ~ Our Members are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them ~ ~ Our Members are not an interruption to our work. They are the purpose of it ~ ~ Our Members do us a favor when they come to our club. We are not doing them a favor by servicing them ~ ~ Our Members are partners in our business, not outsiders ~ ~ Our Members are people who come to us with wants, needs and desires. It's our job to satisfy them ~ ~ Our Members deserve the most courteous attention and service we can give ~ ~ They are the lifeblood of our club. They pay our salaries. Without them, this club would cease to exist ~ |
