PILATES FORMAT THE FIRST STEP IS TO BEGIN WITH A FUNDAMENTAL SESSION. THIS IS A FOUR WEEK PROCESS THAT INCLUDES EIGHT SESSIONS. DEPENDING UPON YOUR OWN PERSONAL LEARNING CURVE, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO REPEAT THE FUNDAMENTAL SESSION UNTIL YOU AND THE INSTRUCTOR ARE CONFIDENT THAT YOU ARE READY TO PROCEED TO THE NEXT LEVEL. ONCE YOU HAVE MASTERED THE FUNDAMENTALS, YOU WILL THEN PROCEED TO THE INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED SESSIONS. INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED SESSIONS ARE SIX WEEKS LONG AND INCLUDE TWELVE SESSIONS. THIS LEVEL WILL SATISFY MOST PEOPLE AND HELP THEM GAIN THE RESULTS THEY DESIRE. |

COST BASIC FUNDAMENTALS A FOUR WEEK, EIGHT SESSION TRAINING WILL COST ONLY $15 FOR MEMBERS, AND $55 FOR NON-MEMBERS. THIS COURSE MAY BE REPEATED UNTIL YOU ARE CONFIDENT AND PROFICIENT WITH MOVES AND BODY ALIGNMENT. INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED LEVEL A SIX WEEK, TWELVE SESSION TRAINING WILL COST ONLY $25 FOR MEMBERS AND $85 FOR NON-MEMBERS. |
