Child Care Policies

The following guidelines have been established for the safety and benefit of all parents, their children, and the attendants.

1. Reservations are requested to be made 24 hours in advance. This will help us determine ages and numbers of children as well as the need for staffing. Drop ins are welcome only if space and attendants are available. Note: Members may make reservations up to one week in advance.

2. The Child Care room will not be staffed if no advance reservations are made.

3. Children seven (7) and under are to be in the Child Care unless supervised by an adult.

4. Please call to cancel reservations at least one hour in advance. A $2.00 no show fee will be charged if your reservation is not cancelled and you do not show up.

5. Fees are $1.25 per hour per child. Prepaid Child Care cards are available at the Service Desk for your convenience.

6. There will be a $1.25 minimum charge per visit.

7. The maximum time per visit is two (2) hours.

8. Children must be checked in by a parent or guardian upon arrival and checked out upon departure.

9. Children who are ill will not be allowed in the Child Care. Children carrying a childhood virus (chicken pox, etc.), will be denied access for the safety of others. Parents will be called for children who become ill or cry continually.

10. Parents must be in the club to use the Child Care facility (CSD rules).

11. Please make sure your children are fed prior to their Child Care visit. Snacks being brought into the Child Care are discouraged.

12. Child Care hours will be posted and subject to change.

13. Unsupervised children under the age of 12, who are not abiding by club rules and regulations, will be placed in the Child Care facility and the members account will be charged.

Group Power: This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

Group Active: Activate Your Life in only one hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility, all in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life, Get Active!

ZUMBA: Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow.

ZUMBA Gold: This is an innovative, fun and exciting program. It was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. The main difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba is that Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but it certainly is as fun.

Simply Stretch: Redefine yourself by adding stretch to your fitness regimen. Grow longer, stronger and flexible as you explore this 30 minute journey of slow and sustaining stretches. Calm uplifting music, class dynamics and supportive instructor will enable you to focus on improving or maintaining your flexibility. It’ll reduce stress and make you smile!

Hoola Hoopsters: Bring your hoola hoop to the big gym for this fun filled class. Learn to do the basics or become an expert at hoola tricks and dance.

Saturday Surprise: Each Saturday brings you a different instructor and class format of the instructors choice. Call the Service Desk to see who is teaching and what class is being taught, if you don’t want a ?surprise?. (cancelled during non peak months....check the current schedule)
